Braden Fife is a Senior Enterprise Account Director based in Salt Lake City, with eight years at WWEX Group supporting enterprise customers primarily in full truckload freight. He manages end-to-end account execution, including implementations, RFQs, scorecard reviews and strategic planning, while providing high-touch support and market insight. Braden is known for developing and mentoring newer account managers, emphasizing leadership through teaching and empowerment.
Katie Palmer — Leaders in Excellence
Katie Palmer is a Senior Logistics Account Executive with JEAR Logistics and a recognized leader in refrigerated and perishable freight. Since joining the company in 2013 as its first female freight broker, she has built a high-performing, long-standing book of business defined by precision, consistency and trust. A 12-time Presidents Club honoree, Katie is widely regarded as an expert in produce logistics, fraud prevention and cradle-to-grave service execution.
Michael Larmer — Top Transportation Professional
For eight years, Michael Larmer has been a leader at JEAR Logistics, where he has built a career defined by reliability, customer-first service and operational excellence. He leads high-volume refrigerated freight operations and is known for unwavering availability, hands-on execution and trust-based partnerships. Michael plays a key role in customer integration initiatives, working directly within shipper operations to support real-time decision-making, improve efficiency and keep freight moving through peak demand and market volatility.
